I am very disappointed with the service I received. The staff was quite rude and careless while doing my eyebrows. There was no communication throughout the process, and the result was very sloppy, leaving many areas unplucked. Professionalism is completely lacking here.
My wife came here to get her eyebrows done before our wedding and the lady was very rude and unprofessional. My Wife asked about a service and the lady got upset because she asked if she could do it a certain way and the lady said you could leave. How unprofessional we always tip and if we’re paying for a service and we ask if she could do it a certain way she could just say no she didn’t have to say just say leave and don’t come back. We visit the mall very often and won’t ever recommend this place with the attitude and the terrible service they provide.
Always happy with my services. The only place I’ll go to for my eyebrows and eyebrow tinting. Always clean, nice, professional, and my eyebrows are perfect each time. It has been under new ownership for 5 months now and she is awesome! The bad reviews are from previous owners so please don’t let them scare you. I highly recommend!!
7/27/20...On Saturday, we swung by the mall before heading back home from a mini family trip. I've had crazy brows for as long as I can remember & I know the way I trim the front of them makes them look crazier, but, that's just me. Lol. 🙈🤦🏽♀️This was my second time getting them threaded. When I walked in, the woman asked me to sit down & I told her I knew they were messed up. She did her best to work around my disastrous efforts. Lol. She was friendly & suggested a few places in town to visit before we head home. (Next time!) At the end, she suggested I let my eyebrows grow for a month & get them threaded again or waxed.
I walked in to get my eyebrows done on a Tuesday before heading back home to Michigan. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door, the shop was very clean and she did an excellent job on my eyebrows. She was nice and held a pleasant conversation with me which I enjoyed. Wish I stayed closer then 3 hours away, because this would be my eyebrow place.
